Women's Self Defense
Our Women’s Self-Defense program is a structured 12-week course designed to teach practical, effective skills that anyone can learn.
Participants will develop awareness, boundary-setting, and confidence while learning proven grappling-based techniques for escaping common attacks, controlling space, and staying safe under pressure.
Each class builds step-by-step, combining technique, mindset, and scenario training in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
No experience is required — just a willingness to learn and empower yourself.

What to Wear & Bring
We keep things simple and comfortable for our students!
👕 What to Wear:
Students should wear a t-shirt with shorts (must have compressions or spandex under), sweatpants, or leggings that allow for easy movement. Please avoid clothing with buttons, zippers, or hoods — safety and comfort come first.
💧 What to Bring:
A water bottle. We’ll take short water breaks during class.
👨👩👧 Children Guidelines:
For the safety and focus of everyone on the mats, children 6 and up are welcome to sit quietly in the viewing area if they bring something to do. Children 5 and under may only come if they are actively supervised by an older (10+) sibling. We appreciate your help in keeping classes running smoothly and creating a great environment for all our students.
