We are proud to be the only academy in the Stevens Point area offering both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling under one roof.

Our programs are designed to serve athletes of all levels while creating a welcoming environment for families.

Whether your child is taking their first steps on the mat, you’re an adult looking for a new challenge, or a competitor sharpening your skills, our focus is the same: building discipline, confidence, and community through world-class grappling instruction.

Adult Intro to Jiu Jitsu

Our Intro to Jiu jitsu program is designed for anyone (16 and older) brand new to jiu-jitsu. This structured course teaches the essential movements, positions, and beginner techniques that form the foundation of safe and effective training.

Each week builds on the last, helping students gain confidence, understand how to move on the ground, and develop the core skills needed before advancing to regular classes.

No experience is required — just show up ready to learn and grow.

⏰ 7:00–8:00 PM
📅 Every Tuesday and Thursday

Start with the basics. Build the foundation. Grow from there.

"As a middle aged guy in my 40’s I was weary of wrestling and Jujitsu in regard to getting injured. Anthony is very understanding of age, skill development and people’s individual limitations. I couldn’t recommend a better coach to learn from!" - Adam P

"I would for sure recommend Generations Grappling Academy! Great coaching for all levels of grappler. I feel like Coach Anthony can take everyone’s particular skill set and level into account to make it a great practice for everyone!" - Hollis N

What to Wear & Bring

We keep things simple and comfortable for our students!

👕 What to Wear:
Students should wear a t-shirt with shorts, sweatpants, or leggings that allow for easy movement. It's a good idea to wear shorts under sweatpants in case you become to warm. Please avoid clothing with buttons, zippers, or hoods — safety and comfort come first.

A Gi will be required after the first week of class. You can bring your own official jiu jitsu gi or we can help you with sizing and get you set when you come in. White gis are prefered and are $65.

💧 What to Bring:
Water or something to drink. We’ll take short water breaks during class.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Guidelines:

For the safety and focus of everyone on the mats, children 6 and up are welcome to sit quietly in the viewing area if they bring something to do. Children 5 and under may only attend if they are actively supervised by an older sibling. We appreciate your help in keeping classes running smoothly and creating a great environment for all our students.
