 Wrestling at GGA

At Generations Grappling Academy, wrestling is not a winter sport.

It’s a year-round discipline.

We believe great wrestlers aren’t built in one season. They’re built through consistent training, technical detail, and a culture that values toughness, humility, and growth.

Whether your athlete is stepping on the mat for the first time or chasing a state podium, our program is designed to develop complete wrestlers.

Keep Wrestling This Summer

At GGA, we believe wrestling should be something athletes grow to love.

When wrestling becomes something you love, training stops feeling like something you have to do and becomes something you look forward to doing more of. Every practice becomes another opportunity to step on the mat, learn something new, and improve.

Our Summer Wrestling Session is designed to give young athletes more chances to train, develop their skills, and enjoy the sport alongside teammates who are putting in the work too.

Training twice per week keeps athletes active and improving while still leaving plenty of room to enjoy summer.

Summer Session Schedule

The Goal

The goal isn’t just to produce good wrestlers.

It’s to help athletes develop a mindset where they are grateful for every opportunity to step on the mat, proud of the work they put in, and excited to continue growing in the sport.

The wrestlers who develop that mindset are the ones who improve the most—and enjoy the journey the most.
