We are proud to be the only academy in the Stevens Point area offering both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling under one roof.

Our programs are designed to serve athletes of all levels while creating a welcoming environment for families.

Whether your child is taking their first steps on the mat, you’re an adult looking for a new challenge, or a competitor sharpening your skills, our focus is the same: building discipline, confidence, and community through world-class grappling instruction.

WRESTLING

Elementary (3rd-6th)

Our 3rd–5th grade wrestling program welcomes both new and experienced athletes. Beginners are introduced to the fundamentals in a fun, supportive way, while returning wrestlers build on their foundation with more advanced techniques, conditioning, and live practice. Every student develops confidence, discipline, and focus while learning the value of hard work and teamwork on the mat.

Middle & High School

Our middle & high school wrestling program is designed for athletes who are ready to take the next step in their development. Classes focus on refining fundamentals, introducing advanced techniques, and developing strength, resilience, and mental toughness. With a mix of drilling, conditioning, and live practice, students gain confidence on the mat while preparing for future competition and athletics.

BRAZILLIAN JIU JITSU & SELF DEFENSE

Little Ninjas Ages 3-5

Our Little Ninjas class introduces young children to movement, coordination, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate games on the mats. Students learn to listen, follow directions, work with partners their size, and build foundational skills in a positive, structured environment. It’s the perfect first step into grappling — focused, playful, and designed to help kids grow.

5 or 6-week Sessions Available

Jiu Jitsu Ages 5-8

In our 5–9 year old jiu-jitsu class, kids learn the foundations of self-defense and grappling through structured drills and playful practice. The focus is on building respect, focus, and problem-solving skills while helping students develop strength and resilience in a safe, supportive setting.

Jiu Jitsu Ages 9-15

Our older youth and teen class emphasizes technical growth, strategy, and live application in a safe and encouraging setting. Students develop problem-solving skills, self-defense confidence, and resilience while learning to train with focus and respect for others.

Jiu Jitsu
Ages 16+ & Adults

Our older teen & adult jiu-jitsu class is designed for experienced grapplers. With a focus on practical self-defense, technical skill, and live application, students gain confidence while training in a supportive environment. Whether your goal is fitness, competition, or personal growth, this program delivers.

*Beginners must take Adult Intro to Jiujitsu prior to joining this class*

Intro to Jiu jitsu
Ages 16+ & Adults

In this class, students ages 16+ learn the essential movements, core positions, and basic techniques needed to train safely and confidently. Classes are structured, beginner-friendly, and focused on building body awareness, control, and understanding of how to move on the ground. No experience is required, just show up ready to learn. After, students can move into the regular class with a solid foundation.

Women's Self Defense

Our Women’s Self-Defense program is a structured 12-week course designed to teach practical, effective skills that anyone can learn. Participants will develop awareness, boundary-setting, and confidence while learning proven grappling-based techniques for escaping common attacks, controlling space, and staying safe under pressure. Each session builds step-by-step, combining technique, mindset, and scenario training in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
No experience is required, just a willingness to learn and empower yourself.
